1. Remain at the scene and do not admit fault.

2. Call the police to report the accident.

3. Exchange information with the other driver(s).

             Ask for th e following information:

• Name, address, driver's license number, and phone numbers for other drivers and witnesses.
• Year, make, model and license plate of all vehicles.
• Name of insurance company or agent for other drivers

4. Call the claims hotline as soon as possible to report the accident.

5. Do not discuss the details of the accident with anyone except the police and your claims representative.
